ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE IF: The item is faulty or damaged due to manufacturing issues (e.g., cracked nails, peeling, wrong color). The wrong size, style, or design was sent. The product is unused, in original condition, with the box and all accessories intact.

TIMEFRAME FOR REQUEST: Within 7 days of receiving your order (based on delivery tracking).

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE IF: The product has been used or damaged after delivery. Change of mind (we do not accept returns if you simply change your mind). Custom-made sets (personalized nail sizes, colors, or designs). 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE: Contact us via email or Instagram within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide clear photos of the issue. Once approved, return the item to the address we provide. After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund (depending on the case).
